Role Description
Seek out and engage potential clients like medical facilities and corporate partners for promoting laboratory testing services
Foster and fortify associations with business clients
Formulate and execute sales strategies for corporate clients
Ensure the team meets sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Coach, train, and inspire sales personnel
Supervise proposal, quotation, and contract processes
Pursue new opportunities to secure business clients
Monitor industry trends, rival activities, and market demands to identify growth opportunities
Prepare routine sales reports encompassing performance metrics and market insights, and offer constructive input to management.
Qualifications
Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Expertise in sales management, negotiation, leadership, communication, and market analysis necessary
5-7 years of experience in B2B sales, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a managerial position
Experienced in the field of laboratory testing
Must be results-driven, client-oriented, proactive, reliable, and professional
Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations, requiring focus and adaptability
Previous experience working in a Korean corporate environment is preferred
Familiarity with the healthcare industry is essential
