Role Description

  • Seek out and engage potential clients like medical facilities and corporate partners for promoting laboratory testing services
  • Foster and fortify associations with business clients
  • Formulate and execute sales strategies for corporate clients
  • Ensure the team meets sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Coach, train, and inspire sales personnel
  • Supervise proposal, quotation, and contract processes
  • Pursue new opportunities to secure business clients
  • Monitor industry trends, rival activities, and market demands to identify growth opportunities
  • Prepare routine sales reports encompassing performance metrics and market insights, and offer constructive input to management.

Qualifications

  • Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Expertise in sales management, negotiation, leadership, communication, and market analysis necessary
  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a managerial position
  • Experienced in the field of laboratory testing
  • Must be results-driven, client-oriented, proactive, reliable, and professional
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations, requiring focus and adaptability
  • Previous experience working in a Korean corporate environment is preferred
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry is essential
