The F&B Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth in the food and beverage (bread) division by identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and developing strategic sales plans. This role involves promoting the hotel's or venue's restaurants, bars, banquets, and catering services & coffee chains to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify and secure new F&B business opportunities including coffee chains, hotels, restaurants, banquets, catering, events, and corporate accounts.
Maintain and grow existing client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored F&B solutions.
Collaborate with the F&B operations and events teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Conduct site visits, tastings, and pre-event meetings with clients.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, including client details, contracts, and correspondence.
Manage all aspects of the sales process, from initial inquiry to final billing and post-event follow-up.
Work closely with the culinary, service, and operations teams to ensure alignment on offerings and service standards.
Participate in internal meetings, promotional events, and trade shows to generate leads and brand visibility.
**REQUIREMENTS:
Key Requirement: Must have an existing database, key accounts, and client network in channels such as coffee chains, hotels, restaurants, catering services, banquets, and more (candidates will be required to verify the information provided).
