Job Description

About The Role

You will be responsible for consulting and closing deals for smart furniture products with international customers. Target customers are B2B entities, including furniture retailers and bulk buyers/purchasing groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls based on provided data (inbound + outbound).
  • Follow up with potential leads from ads, the website, and inquiry forms.
  • Provide product consultation via Phone, Email, and Zoom (as needed).
  • Clearly explain:
    • Product mechanisms and functionality.
    • Wood materials.
    • Warranty policies.
    • International shipping procedures.
  • Handle objections regarding price, shipping, durability, and comparisons with local brands.
  • Close deals and coordinate with the operations team to process orders.

Key Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Experience in cold calling or tele sales.
  • Resilience and a positive attitude toward rejection.
  • A solution-selling mindset.
  • Strong objection-handling skills.
  • Clear and professional speaking voice.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience in B2B international sales.
  • Prior experience in the furniture or home improvement industry is a plus.
