We are aggressively expanding into the Australian and American markets. We are seeking a high-performing Sales Executive based in Vietnam who can bridge the gap between our technical excellence and Western business needs. This is not just a sales role; for the right candidate, this is a fast-track path to becoming our Sales Lead.
Role Overview
As a Sales Executive, you will be the engine of our international growth. Your primary focus is proactive outreach (cold calling, LinkedIn, email) to startups and SMEs in Australia and the US. You will qualify leads, pitch our technical capabilities, and close deals while working closely with our Hanoi-based marketing and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Acquisition & Tele-sales:
- Execute high-volume outreach (Cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn messaging) to decision-makers in AU/US markets.
- Conduct discovery calls to identify pain points and position Glinteco's technical services as the solution.
- Convert marketing-generated leads into high-value opportunities.
2. Deal Closing & Technical Collaboration:
- Lead sales presentations and proposals (supported by our technical architects).
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
3. Relationship & Pipeline Management:
- Manage the full sales cycle within our CRM.
- Maintain a client-first mentality to ensure long-term retention and upselling opportunities.
4. Leadership & Strategy (Growth Path):
- Provide market insights to the Hanoi team to refine our Vietnam-to-Global sales strategy.
- As the first dedicated tele-sales hire, you will help build the sales playbook and mentor future team members as you transition toward a Sales Lead role.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales, specifically in IT Outsourcing, Software Services, or Digital Solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English. You must be comfortable and persuasive when speaking with founders and CEOs in Australia and the USA.
- Time Zone Flexibility: Ability to shift working hours to align with Australian (AEST) or American (EST/PST) business hours as needed.
- Mindset: A hunter mentality. You are self-driven, resilient against rejection, and obsessed with hitting targets.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (ClickUp, Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CrunchBase Pro and basic understanding of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
