JOB DESCRIPTION

- Identify and expand the network of corporate clients (B2B) both domestically and internationally through online channels, professional networks, and other outreach methods.

- Conduct market research and analysis to build a database of potential clients.

- Consult with and introduce the company&aposs Telecommunications and Technology solutions, including:

  • Microsoft Services
  • Cloud Platforms: FPT HI GIO Cloud, Microsoft Cloud
  • Communication Services: Fixed-line phones, 1800/1900 Hotlines, FPT Oncall PBX, SMS Branding
  • Digitalization Solutions: E-invoices, Digital Signatures
  • Cyber Security
  • Storage and Infrastructure: Fstorage, Wifi Solutions, Cloud Services

- Negotiate and finalize contracts, persuading clients to adopt our services.

- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure service deployment aligns with commitments.

- Provide post-sales customer care, maintain relationships, and identify additional needs from existing clients.

REQUIREMENTS

- Mandatory Requirements:

  • Bachelor&aposs/Associate&aposs degree in Economics, Finance, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related fields.
  • Proficient in spoken and written Chinese; HSK Level 3 or higher certification is preferred.
  • Proven experience in direct sales across various industries.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to proactively build and develop client relationships and expand understanding of their business operations.

- Preferred Requirements (Not Mandatory):

  • Experience selling technology solutions (software/hardware), telecommunications, cloud computing, and data storage is a significant advantage.
  • Proactive mindset in identifying potential clients through diverse methods.
  • Experience in recognizing business opportunities, developing outreach strategies, negotiating, and closing deals in the technology sector.
  • Understanding of product positioning and new customer acquisition within potential market segments.
  • Ability to create and effectively implement personal sales plans.
  • Proficiency in English communication is a plus.
