Responsibilities


Partnership Development & Acquisitio

  • nOwn the full partnership lifecycle: outreach, presentations, commercial negotiations, and contract execution
  • .Build and manage a robust pipeline of strategic B2B partners across fintech, eCommerce, and retail sectors

.Partner Enablement & Launc

  • hDevelop deep product expertise to deliver compelling partner pitches and address technical and commercial queries
  • .Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations to ensure seamless partner onboarding and go-live

.Performance & Growt

  • hMonitor partner performance, flag risks, and surface growth opportunities to meet business targets
  • .Maintain strong ongoing relationships to maximize partner lifetime value and brand visibility

Requiremen

  • ts4–5+ years in B2B partnerships, business development, or strategic sale
  • s.Strong understanding of Vietnam's fintech, eCommerce, and retail ecosystem
  • s.Excellent English communication (written and verbal); skilled negotiator with a track record of closing deal
  • s.Detail-oriented, proactive, and disciplined with follow-up
  • s.BNPL or embedded finance experience is a strong plu
