Partnership Development & Acquisitio
- nOwn the full partnership lifecycle: outreach, presentations, commercial negotiations, and contract execution
- .Build and manage a robust pipeline of strategic B2B partners across fintech, eCommerce, and retail sectors
.Partner Enablement & Launc
- hDevelop deep product expertise to deliver compelling partner pitches and address technical and commercial queries
- .Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations to ensure seamless partner onboarding and go-live
.Performance & Growt
- hMonitor partner performance, flag risks, and surface growth opportunities to meet business targets
- .Maintain strong ongoing relationships to maximize partner lifetime value and brand visibility

Requiremen
- ts4–5+ years in B2B partnerships, business development, or strategic sale
- s.Strong understanding of Vietnam's fintech, eCommerce, and retail ecosystem
- s.Excellent English communication (written and verbal); skilled negotiator with a track record of closing deal
- s.Detail-oriented, proactive, and disciplined with follow-up
- s.BNPL or embedded finance experience is a strong plu
