1. Role OverviewLotte Innovate Vietnam is seeking a highly motivated B2B IT Sales Executive to drive new business development in the enterprise market. This role focuses on hunting for new customers, building strong relationships with enterprise clients, and promoting IT solutions including Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, and System Integration (SI).
2. Key ResponsibilitiesActively identify and develop new enterprise customers (new logo acquisition).
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential B2B clients.
Introduce and sell IT solutions such as Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, and SI services.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with enterprise decision makers.
Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals and solution designs.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
Maintain long-term relationships with key enterprise clients.
3. RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in B2B Sales, IT Sales, or Business Development.
Proven ability in hunting and developing new enterprise clients.
Existing network with enterprise companies in Vietnam is highly preferred.
Understanding of IT solutions such as Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, or System Integration.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Result-oriented mindset with strong sales drive.
Good English communication skills.
