Role Description As an HRBP Specialist, you will bridge the gap between business objectives and HR strategies for our Backoffice & Commercial business units. You will act as a trusted consultant to leadership, driving high-impact talent acquisition, leveraging headhunting channels, and optimizing team performance within a fast-paced environment..

What You'll Do:

Talent Acquisition & Headhunting:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and leverage headhunting channels for Backoffice & Commercial roles (Sales, Customer Service, Business Development) within the Logistics/Retail sectors.
  • Build and maintain a high-quality talent pool to support rapid business expansion.

Performance Management:

  • Monitor and evaluate employee performance (KPIs/OKRs) for assigned departments.
  • Propose HR optimization solutions, performance improvement plans, and talent retention strategies.

HR Partnership & Employee Relations:

  • Act as a trusted partner to Department Heads to identify talent gaps, resolve HR issues, and align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Drive employee engagement activities and foster a positive working environment for the assigned teams.

What We're Looking For:

Knowledge: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Deep understanding of the recruitment market and labor regulations.

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience as an HRBP, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or HR Generalist. Proven track record in recruiting/headhunting Sales, CS, and BD roles within Logistics or Retail.

Skills:

Performance Evaluation: Strong practical experience in tracking, analyzing, and optimizing employee performance.

Stakeholder Management: Ability to communicate, influence, and partner effectively with Department Heads.

Problem-Solving: Sharp, agile, and decisive when handling employee relations or recruitment bottlenecks.
