Job Description

1. Paid Media & Campaign Execution
•Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Social Ads, etc.) for B2B marketing initiatives
•Support demand generation activities such as: Industry-focused campaigns, Webinars and events, Solution-oriented marketing programs
•Optimize campaigns based on lead relevance and quality, not only traffic or cost metrics
2. Demand Generation Support
•Support demand creation activities across the customer journey
•Coordinate paid media, landing pages, and follow-up activities to ensure consistent execution
•Contribute to improving lead quality and marketing contribution to sales effectiveness
3. Account & Sales Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to
•Understand priority accounts and industries
•Translate sales insights into targeted marketing execution
•Support marketing activities aimed at engaging selected key accounts
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
•Collaborate with content and campaign owner to ensure messaging consistency
•Coordinate with internal stakeholders (sales, technical teams) for smooth campaign execution
•Work independently while maintaining strong team alignment
5. Content & Asset Support: Support campaign execution with basic assets when required:
•Simple design tasks (e.g. Canva)
•Video editing (e.g. CapCut for short videos or webinar clips)
•Enable faster campaign rollout and execution efficiency
6. Reporting & Performance Tracking: Track and report campaign and website performance using:
•Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
•Looker Studio (Google Data Studio)
•Provide clear and actionable reporting to support decision-making

Requirements

Must-Have
•3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or paid media roles
•Strong background in marketing
•Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Social Ads preferred)
•Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut)
•Strong understanding of B2B marketing and solution-based selling
•Experience working closely with sales teams
•Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team

Nice-to-Have / Plus
•Experience with account-focused or industry-focused marketing campaigns
•Exposure to Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
•Experience supporting webinars or B2B events
•Background in technology, industrial, or solution-driven businesses
