Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a highly driven and commercially minded B2B Solution Lead to own and manage end-to-end B2B commercial projects across OEM/ODM, Private Label, Corporate, Hotel, Export and Strategic Accounts.

This position is responsible for transforming customer requirements into commercially viable business opportunities by leading the entire process from Lead Generation → Customer Brief → Feasibility Assessment → Costing & Quotation → Product Development Coordination → Production Execution → Delivery → Collection.

The B2B Solution Lead acts as the commercial owner of customer commitments and business outcomes while coordinating closely with R&D, Factory, QA/QC, Regulatory, Logistics and Finance teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1| B2B Business Development & Channel Ownership

-   Develop and expand OEM/ODM, Private Label, Export, Corporate Gift and Hotel business channels.

-   Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic accounts.

-   Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and business partners.

-   Conduct prospecting activities and generate qualified sales opportunities.

-   Develop and manage sales pipelines to achieve revenue targets.

-   Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs.

2| End-to-End Customer Solution Management

-   Receive, analyze and clarify customer briefs and business requirements.

-   Coordinate with R&D and Factory teams to evaluate product feasibility and production capacity.

-   Prepare costing calculations, quotations and commercial proposals.

-   Negotiate pricing, MOQ, lead time, product specifications and payment terms.

-   Coordinate sample development and customer approvals.

-   Manage project timelines and ensure smooth communication among stakeholders.

-   Ensure customer expectations are aligned with operational capabilities.

3| Account Management & Customer Retention

-   Manage strategic customer accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.

-   Conduct regular business reviews with key customers.

-   Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

-   Resolve commercial issues and customer complaints effectively.

-   Drive customer satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.

-   Ensure contract compliance and service commitments are fulfilled.

4| Commercial Coordination & Project Governance

-   Coordinate with R&D, Production, QA/QC, Regulatory, Logistics and Finance teams throughout project execution.

-   Monitor project milestones from development through delivery.

-   Ensure product quality, regulatory compliance and on-time delivery.

-   Escalate risks and provide timely solutions to avoid project delays.

-   Maintain accurate project documentation and customer records.

5| Revenue, Collection & Commercial Performance

-   Achieve assigned revenue and gross margin targets.

-   Monitor contract profitability and commercial performance.

-   Support sales forecasting and demand planning activities.

-   Follow up receivables and ensure timely collection of customer payments.

-   Work closely with Finance to reduce overdue debt and improve cash conversion.

-   Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.

6| Retail Commercial Support

-   Support retail commercial activities when required.

-   Identify potential B2B opportunities from retail customers and events.

-   Coordinate with Retail Sales Staff to generate qualified leads.

-   Contribute to overall commercial growth across multiple channels.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education & Experience

·      Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Economics or related fields.

·      Minimum 4–6 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management or Commercial roles.

·      Experience in Food Manufacturing, FMCG, Chocolate, Cacao or OEM/ODM businesses is highly preferred.

·      Proven experience in quotation preparation, costing and contract negotiation.

·      Experience managing complex customer projects from initiation to completion.

Knowledge & Skills

·      Strong commercial and business acumen.

·      Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

·      Strong project management and coordination capabilities.

·      Good understanding of costing, margin management and pricing strategies.

·      Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

·      Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

·      CRM and sales pipeline management experience.

·      Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
