From truckload delivery, multi-drop distribution, warehousing to integrated supply chain services, we help our clients scale faster, optimize costs, and deliver a better customer experience.

Were scaling fast - and were looking for a B2B Business Development Manager to lead our expansion into Vietnams top enterprise sectors.

What Youll Be Doing

Market Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and acquire new B2B customers in e-commerce, FMCG, electronics, retail, and manufacturing.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline using your network, cold outreach, and industry insights.

Solution Design & Consultative Selling

  • Analyze client pain points and design custom logistics solutions (linehaul, distribution, warehousing, last-mile).
  • Collaborate with Pricing, Ops, and Product teams to co-create winning proposals.

Sales Closing & Account Growth

  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles: pitch, negotiate, contract, and onboard.
  • Build and manage strategic accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and revenue growth.

Insight & Strategy

  • Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitors to contribute to our go-to-market strategy.

What Were Looking For

  • 3+ years in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Account Management preferably in logistics, 3PL, or B2B services.
  • Proven success in closing large-value deals or long-term service contracts.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain operations and Vietnams business logistics landscape.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) is a big plus.
