Job Description

OBJECTIVES:

Lead & supervise sales, business operation activities of partners within assigned regions and areas to ensure sales teams have the right set of customers and maximize sales to achieve VPB SMBC FC's goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic B2B2C Partnership Management: Lead the development and nurturing of B2B2C partnerships, ensuring relationships are grounded in mutual benefit and strategic alignment with the company's objectives
  • Product Innovation Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Department to innovate and tailor products and services, specifically focusing on payroll and salary solutions to meet partner needs
  • Relationship Building Excellence: Cultivate and maintain strong, efficient relationships with business partners and collaborators, maximizing benefits and efficiency for the organization.
  • Sales Leadership: Direct the internal sales team with a strategic focus, ensuring the successful execution of sales plans and the achievement of ambitious sales targets
  • Promotion and Program Development: Innovatively propose and promote sales and partner programs, customizing these initiatives to align with specific project requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Project Coordination: Ensure seamless collaboration across relevant departments to facilitate effective project implementation and coordination

REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor graduate, major: Business Administration, Economics or relevant areas

Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, preferably with experience in projects related to human resources operations, salary payments through retail banking channels, salary advances, and projects collaborating with SMEs, CIBs, and CMBs.
  • Experience in managing and interacting with sales personnel.
  • Solid knowledge of product design/feedback, sales promotion programs, and partner programs.
  • Experience in managing B2B2C partners.
  • Candidates with experience in commercial banks such as ACB, Sacombank, and similar financial institutions are preferreds

Skills:

  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Outstanding strategic planning and sales management capabilities
  • Adept at working collaboratively across departments to drive project success.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; Japanese are a plus.
