SALES DIRECTOR
(For New Brands)
Location: Sadora Office - No. 2, Street 13, An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
Working hours: 08:00 - 17:00, Mon - Sat (02 Saturdays off / month).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Business Operations & Partner Management
-Direct overall business operations for the new passenger car brands, serving as the primary point of contact for international partners regarding business plans, product development, and marketing strategies.
-Negotiate and manage commitments, support policies, and ordering schedules with global principals to ensure brand alignment.
-Manage the department's budget, ensuring profitability targets are met through optimized sales strategies and cost control.
Market Intelligence & Sales Execution
-Conduct in-depth market analysis to propose effective sales policies, volume targets, and market share objectives for specific product segments.
-Oversee sales activities across company's branches and showrooms to ensure the achievement of nationwide KPIs.
Supply Chain & Inventory Management
-Take full responsibility for international ordering and managing inventory levels across the entire chain to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
Product Development & Marketing
-Propose and control plans for new product development, including product launch events.
-Standardize and update sales, product, and marketing collateral for the brands.
Training & Human Capital Development
- Organize and lead specialized training sessions for sales personnel at showrooms and company's branches regarding product knowledge and brand-specific sales techniques.
-Plan and develop a talent pipeline that aligns with the company's long-term business strategy and management methodology.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications & Experience
-Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or Automotive Engineering.
-Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar leadership position within the passenger vehicle industry.
