About the ProjectWe are building an Automotive Navigation Application as part of the Map and full-scale project. The role requires engineers with solid Android development experience and an interest in automotive and navigation-related solutions.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain Android applications for automotive navigation systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PMs, Tech Leaders, and client teams) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Integrate APIs and work with mapping, GPS, and location-based services.
- Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development best practices.
Requirements- 35 years of experience in Android development (Java/Kotlin).
- Experience with Automotive or Navigation-related applications is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of Android SDK, Android UI/UX standards, and mobile architecture.
- Familiarity with GPS, mapping, and location-based services (e.g., Google Maps API, HERE, T-map).
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and agile development methodology.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong communication skills (English communication is a plus, Korean is an advantage).
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in automotive industry projects (IVI, infotainment, navigation systems).
- Knowledge of CAN bus, vehicle data integration, or Android Automotive OS.
- Previous experience in collaborating with international teams.
