CATEGORY KRA KPI TARGET

PERFORMANCE (40%) Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop test cases based on defined requirements.
  • Execute test cases and analyze test result.
  • Maintain and enhance the existing test cases.
  • Collaborate with the development team to clarify issues and retest resolved defects.
  • Assist in preparing test data and setting up the testing environment.
  • Follow tasks which are assigned by the team leader.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION (15%)

  • Ensure the software meets user expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with the development team to resolve issues impacting user experience.

OPERATION EXCELLENCE (15%)

  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manual testing to ensure consistency and quality.

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (10%)

  • Policy Compliance.

Qualifications Experience

  • Heath in good condition.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Problem solving, presentation and time management.
  • A fast learner, ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proactive in work.
  • Good background knowledge in software testing and testing technique.
  • Have background knowledge on database design and stored procedures.
  • Experience with automated testing tools

INTERNAL & EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS SKILLS & COMPETENCY * Internal

  • With supervisor/manager: ALL
  • With staff: ALL
  • With relevant/cooperate departments: ALL - Diploma/Degree in IT/Telecommunication field.
  • English: Ability to Reading and Writing in English.
  • Basic understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • MS Offices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
