Automation Testing Engineer (Python, Automotive Domain)

2. JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirement clarification and analysis.

Develop test cases using defined test methods, create high level test designs and test specifications.

Select relevancy of test case for regression testing.

Execute manual and automated test cases, document results and report problems.

Analyze test results and work closely with developers for bugs validation and troubleshooting.

Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical colleagues in order to prevent technical problems/queries.

Build and maintain automation test framework, work with both hardware and software in embedded domains.

Configure device drivers & network on Windows + Linux environment.

Create automated scripts based on Batch, PowerShell (Windows) or Bash (Linux).

Ensure all Testing outcome comply with Automotive Standard.

3. REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronic, Information Technology, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.

MUST HAVE

At least 6 months of experience in Python automation testing.

Experiences in Python, C/C++

Knowledge of Testing methods and techniques.

Exposure to automation test.

Self-driven and strong inter-personal skills.

Good mindset of quality.

Good teamwork and communication skills.

Good Time Management skills.

Good English communication skills, be able to interact fluently with worldwide stakeholders.

Have experiences in Linux, Bash, Git/SVN

NICE TO HAVE

Experience Experience in Agile / Scrum.

ISTQB certificate is preferred.

Knowledge of embedded system.
