As anAutomation Testerat Endava, you will play a key role in building, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications and contributing to the full software testing lifecycle. Collaborating closely with global stakeholders, youll support Agile development efforts and play a key role in delivering new products that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing users stories, use cases and requirements.
- Collaborate closely with other team members and departments to define the test cases.
- Execute all levels of testing.
- Design, develop, maintain and extend automation scripts using various frameworks and programming languages.
- Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies.
- Apply quality engineering principles throughout the Agile product life cycle.
- Provide support and documentation.
What Were Looking For
Technical Skills:
- Overall3+ yearsof working experiences inTesting, with1-2 yearsworking inAutomation Testing.
- Knowledge of automation testing experience in both front-end and back-end.
- Assisted in building and maintaining automation testing frameworks as part of a team.
- Deeply understanding abouttesting conceptand havingcoding experiencewith one of languages (Java,C#,JavaScript)
- Experience inWeb Services/APIautomated testing andREST APItesting tools.
- Knowledge withAzure/AWS DevOpspipelines to set up automated builds and enableCI/CD.
- Basic knowledge inSQL.
Soft Skills:
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a collaborative environment.
- Ability to identify, analyze and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Comfortable working in English-speaking environments with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
