Job Description
ABOUT THE JOB
- Work directly with customers to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable test assignments
- Analyze requirements and design comprehensive test cases, including execution, defect reporting, retesting, and final reporting
- Develop and maintain test plans and test strategies based on available templates and best practices
- Automate test cases using frameworks and libraries (e.g., Python-based tools such as Pytest, Selenium, Robot Framework, etc.)
- Manage and track test documentation, requirements, and testing progress in a structured and organized manner
- Utilize test management tools such as Jira to monitor testing activities and ensure full traceability
- Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery within committed schedules and deadlines
- Apply fundamental testing methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement of quality assurance processes
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 1–3 years of experience in software testing
- Proficiency in Python for test automation, with hands-on experience using testing frameworks and libraries
- Solid understanding of fundamental testing methodologies (functional, regression, integration testing, etc.)
- Experience with test management tools such as Jira
- English fluent (both written and verbal communication for documentation and client interaction)
- ISTQB certification is a plus
- You are proactive, self-driven, and a strong team player with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to meet deadlines
