We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Lead to drive quality excellence for global software projects.You will work directly with international clients, lead automation strategy, and build scalable test frameworks using modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead testing activities for software development projects

• Work directly with international clients to clarify requirements and testing scope

• Design and implement automation testing frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Robot Framework, TestComplete, or similar

• Develop and execute automated test scripts and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines

• Review test cases, automation scripts, and provide technical guidance to team members

• Estimate testing efforts and develop test strategies & test plans

• Identify project risks and communicate with stakeholders in a timely manner

• Mentor junior QA engineers and improve team productivity

• Continuously research and introduce new testing tools and technologies

• Participate in technical discussions, POC development, and solution improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Software Testing; 2+ years in Test Lead / QA Lead / Senior Automation role

• Strong experience in Automation Testing

• Hands-on experience with tools such as Selenium, Robot Framework, TestComplete, or similar

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)

• Basic programming skills in Python / Java / .NET / JavaScript

• Good understanding of software testing methodologies and test strategies

• Willing to work onsite when required.

Nice to have

• Good English communication skills (AGH currently focuses mainly on the Vietnam market, so English is a plus)

• Experience in proposal writing, effort estimation, or bidding support (can be trained after onboarding)
