YOUR NEW ROLE CODE LEAP
We are looking for an Automation QA Engineer to join our expert team in Ho Chi Minh City. This role is perfect for team players with a strong interest in developing their international career - not just as a coder, but as a product tester.
YOUR EXCITING TASKS
- Own the QA process and features while working in a highly collaborative culture with coworkers from Vietnam and Germany
- Create, manage and execute test cases and scripts
- Identify and adopt new testing methodologies, best practices and tools to improve test coverage and greatly reduce the need for repetitive functional testing. If not, there is a high chance that you have to do manual tests
- Research, design, plan, communicate and implement automated testing tools. If you're able to set up test processes and strategy, it would be great but it's not required
- Communicate problems, test results and the status of projects
- Debug, troubleshoot and analyze the root cause of product failures and anomalies
YOUR PROFILE AND YOUR PERSONALITY
What We Need
- Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, network or equivalent experience required
- At least 3+ years of experience in software automation testing
- Working knowledge of QA processes and methodologies
- Hands-on experience with unit test, end to end test and UI tests
- Ability to code in one (or some) of these languages: Python, Bash shell, Java, C#, Javascript, Typescript, Golang...
- Experience developing test automation frameworks from scratch is a plus
- Ability to understand and document complex business logic
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, GitLab
- Good knowledge of English both written and spoken
