DETAILED DESCRIPTIONS

Automation & Process Intern Digital Sorting project Tien Nga, Dong Nai

The Intern will support process optimization and system integration on the Digital Sorting line, aiming to improve throughput and machine reliability.

• Analyze input and output of the Digital Sorting Line to balance material flow and minimize Work-In-Progress (WIP) inventory.
• Understand the operational principles of digital sorters and their role in the production process.
• Support the development of an autonomous maintenance plan for the sorting line.
• Assist in process mapping and optimization to improve workflow efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.

REQUIREMENTS

• Final year or fresher students in Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, or a relevant field.
• Basic English communication skills (able to interact effectively in a professional setting).
• Working location: Mostly in Dong Nai Province, have shuttle bus service.
• Must have good academic records.
• Must be aspirational, have good interpersonal skills, good aptitude, team player and Can Do spirit.
