• Design, develop, and maintain automation testing frameworks from scratch, ensuring high stability, scalability, and reusability.
• Develop automated test scripts for web applications using Playwright with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Implement Unit Tests, Integration Tests, and E2E Tests based on project requirements.
• Optimize test structure, reusable modules, and improve automation performance within CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with QA, Developers, BAs, and Product Owners to understand business requirements and define appropriate test coverage.
• Utilize Claude AI or similar AI tools to assist in writing test scripts, analyzing issues, and optimizing test cases.
• Analyze test execution results, identify defects, report them clearly, and follow up until resolution.
• Propose improvements to enhance testing efficiency, automation coverage, and software quality.

Yu cu cng vic

• Must have:
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in automation testing.
• Strong experience with Playwright, using JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Proven ability to build automation frameworks from the ground up.
• Solid understanding of Page Object Model (POM), reusable test design, and test data strategies.
• Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.).
• Experience using Claude AI or similar AI-based tools to accelerate test development.
• Good English communication skills (able to communicate directly with international clients).
• Nice to have:
• Experience in API testing (Postman, REST Assured, Playwright API testing).
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Experience with Docker, Cloud services, or distributed environments.
