Be able to understand mechanical drawing (SolidWorks CAD or Autodesk CAD, e- Drawings, DraftSight) and electrical drawings.
Be able to operate basic hand tools and industrial machines (CNC, lathe, milling, bending, etc.). Follow the instruction given by the engineer to make a new automation or attachment.
Discuss and share practical knowledge with other engineers.
Make all necessary parts with in-house machine tools.
Assemble the machine with all mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electronic parts
Do the necessary settings when it offers trial run with sample fabrics.
Oversight of all phases of test automation.
Managing the rollout with the automation vendor&aposs implementation plan & follow up. Able to coach & monitor the automation vendors to meet the effective time, cost & quality target.
Finalized the settings of the machine to get a qualified output.
Work with company 5S.
Qualifications
Graduated from a vocational school or college with a specialization in mechanical engineering, machine manufacturing, or a related field.
Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes.
Operating CNC milling machines and performing welding tasks.
Familiar with using tools and measuring instruments related to CNC milling.
Knowledge of designing software such as:
+ Autodesk
+ Mastercam
+ SolidWorks
+ AutoCAD
Ability to select appropriate machining tools and understand machining processes to complete products.
Strong skills in reading and understanding technical drawings.
Experience in machine fabrication.
Knowledge of PLC program is a plus.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
At least 2 years working experience in same / related position
