Location: Ha Noi

Lead and manage all revenue accounting activities for vehicle sales.

Ensure accurate revenue recognition, discounts, and sales incentive programs in compliance with accounting and tax regulations.

Oversee vehicle and spare parts inventory (inboundoutboundstock) and control cost of goods sold.

Monitor and reconcile warranty claims with the manufacturer.

Manage accounts receivable, credit limits, and debt collection.

Prepare periodic reports on revenue, inventory, and receivables.

Supervise and develop the revenue accounting team.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and manufacturer policies.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including managerial experience.

Experience in automotive distribution or manufacturing companies, large corporations, or using SAP system.

Strong analytical, control, and leadership skills.

Knowledge & Skills:

Good understanding of accounting rules and standards.
Good Excel skills; able to analyze and summarize data.
Careful, honest, responsible, able to work independently and in a team.

Language:

Basic English communication skills.
