Position: Local Auditor

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Job Overview

WeGolden is looking for a Local Auditor from the Philippines to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. This role focuses on monitoring and controlling the performance of local sales teams, ensuring KPI compliance and alignment with internal policies. No forex experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and control KPI performance of local sales team members.

- Review, verify, and analyze sales data and performance reports using Excel.

- Prepare regular performance and compliance reports for BD Managers and related teams.

- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve performance or compliance issues.

- Support improvements in internal control and reporting processes when required.

Job Requirements:

- Philippines speaker.

- Good command of English, both spoken and written.

- Bachelor degree in business, finance, economics, or related fields.

- Strong Excel skills, especially in data analysis and reporting.

- Willing to relocate and work in Ho Chi Minh City for at least one year.

- No forex experience required.

- Detail oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
