Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Extraction and Processing
- Write SQL queries to extract, aggregate, and process data from databases such as MySQL and BigQuery for analysis and reporting purposes.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness before integrating it into reporting systems.
2. Reporting and Dashboard Development
- Build, develop, and maintain operational dashboards for the Board of Directors, functional departments, and system monitoring.
- Create and manage periodic reports, including revenue, KPIs, operational performance, and other key business metrics.
- Develop reporting tools and analytical solutions that help optimize operations and improve business performance across departments.
3. Data Analysis and Decision Support
- Perform business data analysis, calculate and compare operational metrics, and provide insights to support management decision-making.
- Handle ad-hoc data analysis requests from departments such as Operations, Marketing, Accounting, and Human Resources.
- Identify and promptly report data anomalies or issues that may affect the accuracy and reliability of reports.
4. Data System Development and Collaboration
- Collaborate with IT and Data Engineering teams to ensure data systems and pipelines operate efficiently and reliably.
- Participate in standardizing data collection, processing, and management procedures within the department.
- Research and propose the integration of new data sources to enhance analytical capabilities and support better decision-making.
5. Analysis and Improvement Projects
- Support the implementation of projects related to data analytics and business process improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of analytical initiatives through KPIs and appropriate measurement methodologies.
- Recommend solutions and action plans based on data-driven insights and analysis results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, or other related fields.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Risk Management
- Compliance
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical thinking and risk assessment skills.
- Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and able to work independently.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
