  • Own the EE Performance and ADAS performance attribute domains for current and future vehicle programs.
  • Define, track, and validate key performance parameters for electrical and ADAS systems at both system and vehicle level.
  • Collaborate with ADAS and System Engineering teams to define functional integration test plans and align validation milestones.
  • Evaluate EE/ADAS feature behavior against international legal standards and internal design targets.
  • Lead benchmarking of EE/ADAS features from global competitor vehicles and generate insight reports.
  • Maintain alignment with program-level performance requirements and report status, risks, and gaps to stakeholders.
  • Support VTS (Vehicle Target Setting) process for EE/ADAS attributes and ensure cross-functional traceability.
  • Drive issue resolution and continuous improvement through root cause analysis, cross-functional workshops, and validation loops.
  • Document validation plans, test procedures, and attribute compliance matrices for audit and release activities.

Requirements

  • Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automotive Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive electrical system performance, integration testing, or ADAS/functional safety engineering.
  • Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing). Proficiency in Vietnamese is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical system performance testing, functional safety, and ADAS feature integration in passenger vehicles.
  • Experience in EV architecture as well as charging technology systems.
  • Proven ability to lead electrical performance attribute definition, validation execution, and data-driven issue resolution.
  • Understanding of ADAS architecture, sensor fusion (camera/radar), and system-level evaluation of features like AHB, ACC, LKA, etc.
  • Competence in benchmarking competitor vehicle EE , ADAS and infotainment performance against global market expectations.
  • Experience with DVP test plans, vehicle feature maturity tracking, and compliance documentation.
  • Strong coordination capabilities with ADAS, EE Systems, Homologation, and Vehicle Integration teams.
  • Technical reporting and presentation capabilities for attribute performance and feature validation outcomes.
  • Knowledge of legal/regulatory standards like UN-ECE R48, FMVSS, NCAP and ASEAN-specific ADAS regulations.
  • Skilled in structured problem-solving (8D, 5Y, Fishbone), DFMEA, and DVP&R documentation.
  • Familiar with diagnostic and data acquisition tools for EE/ADAS testing (CANalyzer, Vehicle Spy, etc.).
  • Proficiency in JIRA, IMS, and other engineering issue tracking platforms.
