The Assortment Operation Associate will be a part of Assortment Operation team, responsible for shaping company assortment strategy. In this role, you need to collaboration closely with cross-functional teams including Commercial or General Operation team to deliver initiatives that enhance our assortment performance.
*** Responsibilities
- Assortment Acquisition & Incubation: Define priorities & mechanism to acquisition and grow potential assortment.
- Assortment Performance Enhancement: Define operation framework & work with other teams to boost performance of top assortment.
- Analyze and report on assortment performance to identify areas for improvement and new growth opportunities.
- Partner with regional product & tech teams across domains to create scalable processes & product solution.
- Training & Sharing assortment related topics to Commercial or sellers.
***Requirements
- Past relevant eCommerce experience on assortment planning or related operation roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools (SQL).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in English is required. Additional language skill in Mandarin is a plus
