Job Description & Summary:
A career in our WorldTrade Management Services (WMS), within Tax services of PwC Tax and Advisory (Vietnam) Co., Ltd, will provide you with the opportunity to deal with projects, including valuation of import and export goods, duty reliefs, tariff classification, country of origin, duty preferences and legal restructuring to ensure our clients are duty and tax efficient across the global supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute customs and international trade projects in Vietnam across:
- Valuation of import and export goods
- Duty reliefs and duty preference planning
- Tariff classification
- Country of origin analysis
- Duty preferences
- Legal restructuring from a customs/trade perspective
- Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of customs and international trade issues in Vietnam.
- Analyze how customs and trade issues affect clients businesses, capture and present the issues and recommendations.
- Contribute to client deliverables in a clear, concise, and timely manner under tight deadlines
Job Requirements:
- University degree in Economics, Foreign Trade, Finance, or Accounting and Business administration;
- Customs, legal or industry background in customs and trade compliance;
- Detail oriented and able to meet tight deadlines;
- Enjoy teamwork, be self-motivated, and show willingness to learn;
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese
