At Ozeol Vietnam, we're looking for an ambitious, hands-on, and energetic Associate Talent Acquisition Manager to drive our talent growth strategies, lead recruitment initiatives, and own key hiring results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop the TA team to ensure high performance, compliance, and achievement of recruitment KPIs.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring processes while building a robust pipeline for critical roles.
- Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with Hiring Managers to build accurate hiring plans, job specs, and proactive sourcing strategies.
- Employer Branding & Experience: Drive sourcing initiatives and employer branding to attract top talent and deliver an exceptional candidate journey.
- Metrics & HR Alignment: Track key hiring metrics, deliver regular reports, and align TA activities with overall business goals.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in HR, Business, or related fields.
- Leadership Experience: At least 2+ years of proven experience in a Team Leader or Supervisor role in Talent Acquisition.
- Language Proficiency:Fluent English (written & spoken) — comfortable collaborating in an international environment.
- Mindset: A strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday (08:30 – 17:30) | Weekends off!
