Associate / Senior Associate (Strategy and Management Consulting)

We are seeking high-performing and driven professionals to join our team as Associates or Senior Associates.

As an Associate/Senior Associate at DI, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end consulting engagements. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to solve complex business problems, generate insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.

• Work in small, high-performing teams (typically 34 consultants) across all phases of client engagements
• Structure problems and develop hypotheses to guide analysis and project direction
• Conduct rigorous research and analysis, including primary research (interviews, surveys) & Secondary research (market analysis, industry reports, company and financial analysis)
• Develop strategic recommendations, business plans, and financial models
• Ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with DI standards
• Collaborate with regional teams and cross-functional practices to ensure seamless project execution

• Support business development initiatives, including:
• Proposal preparation
• Pitch presentations
• Teasers and information memoranda
• Contribute to internal knowledge building and firm development activities

• Provide regular updates on project progress to line managers
• Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to internal and external stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree with an excellent academic record from top-tier universities, preferably in Business, Economics, Finance, or other quantitative disciplines
• Prior strategy consulting experience is a strong advantage
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Vietnamese
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
• Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
• Team-oriented with a strong client service mindset
