ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

About the job

The primary responsibilities are to be in charge of a specific % of revenue growth on a yearly basis; building strong client relationships, make a proven difference to the client's business, and for overall client satisfaction. A Director manages a high performing team with responsibility for its people, clients and business delivery and growth. They are also accountable for overseeing the entire delivery process, deliverables, client engagement and consultancy, providing insightful, value-added market intelligence to new and existing clients. As part of the management team, responsibilities include business development, people management and financial management along with business strategy implementation.

Job Goals

  • Lead accounts to oversee the team deliver all account deliverables while working to agreed budgets, and

course-corrects where required

  • Ensure all deliverables meet client needs and generate strong insight and impact for clients business

Design appropriate solutions to drive meaningful insight for clients needs and their business

  • Formulate, articulate and validate hypotheses to help build appropriate, relevant and impactful stories
  • Develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of your clients and their business in all interactions with clients.
  • Deliverables and analysis conducted applies this knowledge and commercial implications and realities.
  • Deliver effective advice and consultancy for your clients
  • Manage and develop a high performing and engaged team with 1-3 direct line reports and creates a culture

which fosters team collaboration, growth and learning

  • Build strong relationships and deliver to account responsibilities sufficiently to retain clients and maintain existing

business

Ideal Skills and Capabilities:

  • Proven Experience in Market research or Consumer Insights within agencies or end-users
  • At least 8-10 years progressive experience
  • Experience in leading a team and mentoring
  • Strong communications and presentation skillsoverview, brand management, market understanding, people management, customer experience
