Associate/ Recruitment Consultant (Training provided)

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Associate/ Recruitment Consultant (Training provided) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate possess a keen interest in recruitment and talent acquisition. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process while contributing to our team's success.

Business Development (BD) Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through cold-calling, emails, and follow-ups
• Connect with potential clients via LinkedIn and other social platforms to build relationships
• Introduce and promote recruitment services to prospective clients
• Arrange meetings and conduct sales presentations with decision-makers
• Build and maintain a strong client pipeline to achieve sales targets

Talent Acquisition (TA) Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and match candidates to client requirements
• Conduct candidate interviews and present qualified profiles to clients
• Coordinate and manage interview processes
• Drive recruitment assignments to successful placement within timelines
• Ensure high service quality and client satisfaction

Job Requirements

• No prior recruitment or sales experience required; full training provided
• Basic understanding of HR or recruitment concepts
• Strong sales mindset with willingness to achieve targets and commissions
• Hard-working, resilient, and not afraid of rejection or challenges
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure
