About The Insights & Private Equity Team

Our Insights & Private Equity team is transforming the way investors, corporates and consultancies obtain curated knowledge to inform business strategy. Working on-demand and side by side to our expert interviews and survey offerings, our Insights & Private Equity team delivers tailored solutions to a sophisticated global client base. Whether we are helping a private equity firm prioritize their deal pipeline or supporting a technology corporate conduct voice of customer research for their game changing new product, in the Insights & Private Equity team you will utilize the power of the Dialectica services offering to help answer our clients most pressing strategic business problems.

About The Role

As an Associate in the Insights Team, you&aposll act as a bridge between our clients and industry experts. Your main job is to understand our clients&apos knowledge needs and find the experts best suited to help them.

You&aposll use critical thinking and quick research skills to learn about various industries and companies. You&aposll reach out to potential experts by phone, email, and LinkedIn, assessing their experience to ensure they match what our clients are looking for. Once you&aposve identified the right experts, you&aposll connect them with clients to address their specific questions.

In this role, you&aposll work on multiple projects at once and develop valuable skills in sales, research, negotiation, time management, and professional communication.

Key responsibilities:

  • Analyze client project briefs to understand their knowledge gaps and research industries to find suitable experts.
  • Contact potential experts via phone, LinkedIn, and email to engage and assess their fit.
  • Carefully evaluate experts to ensure they meet client requirements, with a strong focus on quality

Requirements

  • 4th-year student or early graduates with Bachelor&aposs or higher University degrees;
  • Fluent or native proficiency in English communication;
  • Proficient in Japanese/Korean is a massive plus!;
  • Strong interest and passion for the business world evident through at least 3-6 months of your professional experience, internship, or extra-curricular activities;
  • A development mentality to view setbacks and short term challenges as learning opportunities for growth;
  • A client service mentality, which means you are committed to go beyond your clients&apos needs to deliver true value
