About The Role
As an Associate in the Insights Team, you&aposll act as a bridge between our clients and industry experts. Your main job is to understand our clients&apos knowledge needs and find the experts best suited to help them.
You&aposll use critical thinking and quick research skills to learn about various industries and companies. You&aposll reach out to potential experts by phone, email, and LinkedIn, assessing their experience to ensure they match what our clients are looking for. Once you&aposve identified the right experts, you&aposll connect them with clients to address their specific questions.
In this role, you&aposll work on multiple projects at once and develop valuable skills in sales, research, negotiation, time management, and professional communication.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze client project briefs to understand their knowledge gaps and research industries to find suitable experts.
- Contact potential experts via phone, LinkedIn, and email to engage and assess their fit.
- Carefully evaluate experts to ensure they meet client requirements, with a strong focus on quality

- 4th-year student or early graduates with Bachelor&aposs or higher University degrees;
- Fluent or native proficiency in English communication;
- Proficient in Japanese/Korean is a massive plus!;
- Strong interest and passion for the business world evident through at least 3-6 months of your professional experience, internship, or extra-curricular activities;
- A development mentality to view setbacks and short term challenges as learning opportunities for growth;
