Work closely with business department to gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas to grow market share.
Coordinate with Regional Product & Engineering team to initiate, discuss, review and release new features.
Act as a specialist for the product, conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, define Standard Operating Procedure, etc.
Work closely and provide training to internal teams for new features.
Other adhoc tasks assigned by management team.
Requirements
At least 1 year experience as Product Manager or Product Owner or IT Business Analyst.
Proven ability to develop product and effectively communicate recommendations to management.
Able to effectively communicate complex business or technical information in English .
Able to prioritize tasks, multitask and adapt to changing strategic needs.
Good collaboration skill to work with cross functional teams.
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field is a plus.
Have problem-solving mindset, critical thinking and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
Past experience working in banking or digital payment sector is a plus.
