Job Description

The Associate Partner Solutions Lead is responsible for defining and executing the business development strategy for OA products, with a strong focus on strategic partnerships, sustainable revenue growth, and scalable business models aligned with the company's mid- and long-term objectives.

What you'll do

  • Identify and seize market opportunities while acquiring new customers/ partners to foster growth;
  • Source, outreach and qualify potential key accounts/ partners in target segmentation, ensure a robust pipeline of key accounts/ partners;
  • Develop business plans and strategic partnerships for OA products to drive sustainable revenue growth and align with the Zalo Business Solutions overall business strategy;
  • Research market trends and identify high-potential key accounts/ partners to enhance service value;
  • Manage and maintain long-term partnership relationships through regular follow-up and performance review;
  • Prepare financial projections, revenue targets, and business cases for management review;
  • Propose and implement business models aligned with current market and business conditions;
  • Produce structured reports and updates for senior management;
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and scale new business initiatives.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related fields;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development or relevant commercial roles (SaaS product prefer);
  • Strong business and financial acumen with strategic mindset;
  • Fluent in English, able to work with senior stakeholders and partners;
  • Ability to work under high pressure with clear ownership and accountability;
  • Experience in project management and account management is a plus;
  • Professional, proactive, and collaborative working style.
