  • Execute integrated communication plans across social media platforms to enhance ShopeePay brand image from online to offline site.
  • Assist in quickly and effectively handling potential communication issues or crises under senior guidance.
  • Manage content calendars and create diverse content such as articles, images, videos, and other formats suitable for each platform.
  • Analyze content and campaign performance on social media, prepare detailed reports, and propose continuous improvements to optimize effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 1–2 years of experience in social media experience working with POSM/OOH agencies is a plus.
  • Good organizational, project tracking, and multitasking abilities.
  • Creative, proactive, and trend-sensitive.
