ABOUT THE ROLE

The Associate is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR, Payroll and Administrative activities for client companies. The role ensures that HR and payroll operations are handled accurately, timely and in compliance with Vietnamese labour regulations, while providing on-site support at the client's office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support day-to-day HR, payroll and administrative tasks for client companies under the guidance of HR and Payroll Manager;
  • Assist in preparing and updating employee information and HR records, ensuring documents are properly maintained and filed;
  • Support the preparation of labour contracts, contract renewals and related HR documentation based on provided templates and instructions;
  • Assist in handling basic matters related to Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance and Personal Income Tax, including data preparation and coordination;
  • Provide on-site HR and administrative support at the client's office and escalate issues when necessary;
  • Assist in responding to routine employee enquiries related to HR and payroll matters;
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

  • Educated to Diploma or Bachelor's degree level in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or related disciplines;
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR, Payroll or Administrative functions is preferred; fresh graduates with good foundational knowledge are welcome;
  • Basic working knowledge of Vietnam Labour Law, Social Insurance and Personal Income Tax regulations;
  • Ability to support HR and administrative operations for client companies; experience in drafting labour contracts and managing employee records is an advantage;
  • Careful, responsible, and willing to work on-site at the client's office;
  • Proficient in MS Excel and comfortable with HR systems.
  • Good command in English and Vietnamese.
  • Able to start work immediately.
