About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, and data-driven Associate Global TABP to work closely with the Global TABP in driving operational excellence, strategy execution, and stakeholder collaboration across the global Talent Acquisition function.
The ideal candidate will act as a trusted tactical partner for the Global TABP, collaborating with HR teams and business leaders to ensure recruitment operations run efficiently while proactively identifying and resolving challenges.
A strong Talent Acquisition background, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to influence global stakeholders are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Coordination & Stakeholder Management
Act as the key liaison between the Global TABP and regional TA Managers, Leaders, and HRBPs to ensure flawless execution of global initiatives.
Drive post-alignment meeting action plans, ensuring commitments from cross-functional teams are executed on time.
Proactively spot operational bottlenecks, recruitment risks, or team conflicts, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement scalable solutions.
2. Data Analytics & Business Insights
Ownership of global TA dashboards (KPI/SLA tracking, recruitment pipeline, and capacity forecasting), ensuring absolute data integrity.
Transform raw recruitment data into actionable trends, preparing high-impact presentations and strategic recommendations for global leadership.
3. Process Optimization & Global Projects
Standardize global recruitment workflows, documentation, and frameworks.
Take an active role in regional and global TA transformation projects (e.g., ATS optimization, candidate experience enhancement).
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years in Talent Acquisition (preferably in multinational or matrix environments).
Language: Strong English communication and influencing skills (fully confident presenting to and aligning with expatriates and global stakeholders).
Data Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Dashboard building.
Mindset: Strong project ownership, sharp problem-solving skills, and high resilience in a fast-paced environment.
