What's the role about
As an
Associate Frontend Developer, you'll play a key role in creating web experiences that elevate and transform our customer journey. You'll join an established, high-performing team responsible for our Design System and Component Librarythe foundations used across all Frontend work in the company.
You're naturally curious and embrace a growth mindset: if you don't know something, you figure it out; if you can't do it yet, you learn. You're driven by product and customer impact, and you bring a genuine passion for design, development, and crafting beautiful, intuitive experiences.
You're a creative problem solver who thinks beyond the obvious, challenges assumptions, and looks for smarter ways to achieve better outcomes. You communicate clearly, collaborate effectively, and can translate technical concepts in a way that brings others along with you.
You'll Be Responsible For
- Working closely with the Design and Product team to implement features that will improve the UI/UX of the Ansarada Platform.
- Design and develop user interface components to support feature development.
- Within reason and where practical, follow existing software development practices.
- Connecting and collaborating with other developers in cross-cutting Frontend Development matters.
Experience and qualifications:
- Relevant professional experience building responsive, user-friendly web applications.
- Develop new high-quality, scalable and performance user-facing features.
- Commercial experience developing responsive web applications in React.
- Experience working in fast fast-paced agile delivery environment and managing work via JIRA or a similar tracking tool.
