The firm is known for advising private clients, investors, and multinational corporations on cross-border immigration, residency and investment matters. With a strong regional presence and a multicultural team, the Ho Chi Minh City office serves as a key hub for the firm's SEA operations.
This role is for a
foreign-qualified lawyer seeking to build an international career in a dynamic emerging market: Vietnam.
What You Will Do
- Provide legal advice on immigration, visa, and residency solutions for both individual and corporate clients.
- Advise on foreign investment structures and business establishment under Vietnamese regulations.
- Review, prepare, and draft application documents, legal opinions, affidavits and supporting letters.
- Conduct regulatory and compliance research and monitor relevant legal developments.
- Coordinate with clients, local authorities, and international offices to ensure smooth case handling.
- Support senior lawyers in managing client relationships and complex advisory mandates.
What You Will Bring
- Qualified lawyer in a common law jurisdiction, Australia, New Zealand or the United States would be a plus. Open to civil law jurisdictions qualified Lawyers on a case by case
- 13 years PQE experience in Law Firm or Consulting
- Knowledge about Investment and Immigration regulatory framework would be a plus.
- Perfect communication skills in English.
- Independent, proative and devoted
