ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, SALES & ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

About the job

The Role

As we are rapidly growing in Vietnam, we are looking for a passionate Sales & Account Leader who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers and at the same time help us to grow new clients in Vietnam. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and driving the growth of revenue through existing relationships in Vietnam. You will also be driving acquisition of new customers across industries according to our long-term strategy and positioning. You will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

Essential Job Elements

  • Good network and relationship with senior level executives across various targeted companies, industry organizations and industries.
  • Operate as the leading point of contact for all matters specific to your customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering them and understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
  • Effectively communicating the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Understanding industry specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.

Profile and Experience

  • CRM BPO/outsourcing/digital/banking & insurance business development and account management experience with a consultative selling and solutioning approach
  • Proven business development and account management experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proven leadership skills to lead/coordinate extended pursuit team in global setting and drive results with speed.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Degree or equivalent.
  • Fluency in Vietnamese & English is required.
