The Opportunity

We are seeking Associate Consultant for our Ho Chi Minh Office to help customers maximize values of our data platform, successfully adopt our product and assist them with technical problems. Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent consulting service. You will report to the Customer Success Director and will support the adoption, retention and growth of our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult customers on frameworks and processes to maximize the value of Palexy products, leveraging strong knowledge of the solution and the retail industry.
• Assit Customer Success Manager in nurturing long-term customer relationships, including initial onboarding and training, driving product adoption, ensuring retention, and maintaining ongoing customer satisfaction.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email, and chat, and support customers in maximizing product value through deep product knowledge.
• Take detailed notes during customer meetings and proactively follow up with internal and external stakeholders to address customer feedback and action items.
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports, as well as ad-hoc analysis reports, using provided frameworks.

Qualifications and skills:

• Minimum 12 years of experience in consulting, retail, data analysis, or related roles;
• Excellent at Microsoft Excel, Power Point. Comfortable with analyzing and working with data;
• Good at organization skills, communication, and problem-solving skills;
• Honesty and attention to detail;
• A quick learner in new technology tool.
