Sailun Vietnam Associate Channel Manager (Retail / Trade Marketing Focus)

A. Key Responsibilities

1. Sailun Group Branded Store Customer Experience

  • Coordinate closely with the Sales team to conduct site surveys, feasibility evaluations, and negotiate investment agreements with dealers for the development and upgrading of Sailun Group Branded Stores, in line with approved brand and customer experience standards.
  • Work directly with dealers and appointed contractors on store concept design, layout planning, and construction execution, ensuring full compliance with Sailun Group Branded Store Customer Experience guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Purchasing team to supervise construction quality, evaluate contractor performance, manage project acceptance and contract settlement, and mitigate risks arising during project implementation.
  • Plan, manage, and control branded store investment and renovation budgets in accordance with approved plans.

2. Retail Execution, Promotion & Point-of-Sale Management

  • Manage product display, merchandising, and in-store execution at Sailun Group Branded Stores and Key Account retail systems in alignment with Sales and Marketing strategies.
  • Initiate, propose, and collaborate on sell-in and sell-out promotional programs with Sales, Marketing, distributors, and dealers to drive volume, improve retail activation, and enhance customer experience.
  • Work closely with Marketing to localize national and regional trade promotions, BTL activities, and POSM deployment to ensure strong visibility and effective execution at retail level.
  • Monitor, track, and evaluate promotional effectiveness, including sell-in achievement, sell-out performance, execution quality, and ROI, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Ensure consistent brand image, visual merchandising standards, and promotional execution across all retail channels.

3. Sales Data & Channel Performance Management

  • Collect, manage, and analyze sales data with channel priority: Branded Stores Distributors Dealers.
  • Analyze sell-in and sell-out performance by channel and region to identify growth opportunities, execution gaps, and corrective actions.
  • Evaluate sales and promotion effectiveness to support business planning, forecasting, and decision-making.

B. Other Responsibilities

  • Support the Marketing Manager and Regional Sales Directors in building, maintaining, and strengthening long-term partnerships with distributors and dealers.
  • Gather market feedback, customer insights, and dealer proposals to continuously improve retail execution, promotions, and customer experience.
  • Monitor and analyze competitors activities in retail and media channels, including pricing strategies, promotions, product trials, and new product launches.

C. Qualifications & Requirements

1. Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, Construction, or related fields.

2. Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in B2B channel management, retail operations, or trade marketing within the Automotive industry.
  • Tire industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience working with distributors, dealers, and branded retail networks.

3. Professional Skills

  • Strong understanding of B2B channel operations, dealer management, and retail execution.
  • Solid experience in sell-in and sell-out promotion planning, execution, and performance tracking.
  • Experience in contractor management, branded store development, and BTL / Trade Marketing activities is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, channel, and promotion performance data.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and undertake extended business trips when required.
