Treasury Department is responsible for managing the bank's liquidity, overall market risks and providing Treasury solutions. In which, Treasury sales is one of key functions that involves offering treasury products such as foreign exchange, derivatives, and structured solutions to corporate and institutional clients, helping them manage their own financial risks.

Job Responsibilities
- Drive FX and Derivatives sales, including Interest Rate Swaps (IRS) and Cross Currency Swaps (CCS).
- Proactively identify, solicit, and develop relationships with non-Japanese corporate customers.
- Research potential customers and create tailored marketing strategies through cross selling initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver the best-in class banking products and services.
- Prepare and present comprehensive market reports to clients and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Banking, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and banking products.
- Minimum of 5-years experience in Banking / Treasury sales, with a strong focus on FX and Derivatives products.
- Established network and proven relationships with non-Japanese corporate clients.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with a dynamic, result-driven, and sales-oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively under pressure.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is required.
