Job Title:Associate (Team Corporate)
Work Place: Unit 2401 Lux 6 Tower, Vinhomes Golden River, No.02 Ton Duc Thang Street, Sai Gon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
Working Hour:Full-time position Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 12:00pm and from 1:30pm to 5:30pm
Job Description
- Provide legal advice to clients in various practice areas, including corporate, M&A, contracts, construction, and real estate;
- Participate in dispute resolution matters, including arbitration and court proceedings;
- Handle business registration and investment registration procedures;
- Draft contracts, meeting minutes, resolutions, and other legal documents;
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Partners, Senior Associates.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the legal field.
- Have good command in legal English.
- Possess skills in logical thinking, reasoning, analysis.
- Be a responsive and responsible player.
- Have a positive attitude and self-motivated.
- Have the ability to work under high pressure, commit deadlines, operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, and collaborative environment.
- Demonstrate the ability to take the initiative and pay close attention to detail.
