Grow the Taste & Wellbeing business with designated accounts by managing both top and bottom line.
Effectively manage the project pipeline to achieve the growth targets.
Develop, communicate and implement strategic account plans, prepare business development plans, forecasts and budgets.
Build up a strong relationship to internal stakeholders (portfolio, application, marketing, pricing, supply chain, production, etc.) to fully support the business.
Manage, guide and support Givaudan VN's distributor to successfully and sustainably develop the business.
Handle designated accounts issues

Profile's requirements:
Bachelors degree in any field of study
At least 3 years of experience of sales/ account management in B2B Food industry
At least basic knowledge of Food industry: customer(s), strategies, initiatives, commercial needs and product launch processes, extensive knowledge of competitor activities
Customer-focused and results-driven attitude
Ability to set priorities and negotiate effectively
