Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Hotel Manager located in Ho Chi Minh City. The Assistant Hotel Manager will support daily hotel operations, including supervising staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high service standards. Key responsibilities include coordinating front desk and reception activities, overseeing food and beverage services, assisting with sales and marketing efforts, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The role also involves addressing guest concerns and fostering a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Receptionist Duties experience to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and efficient front desk operations.
  • Knowledge and experience in Budgeting and Sales to effectively manage financial goals and identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Familiarity with Food & Beverage management to oversee and improve dining operations and customer dining experiences.
  • Proficient communication and interpersonal skills to lead a team and resolve guest concerns.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment and effectively manage time and resources.
  • Previous experience in hospitality management or a related field is highly advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
