Job Description

  • Working location: Long Hau Industrial Park, Lot 3D-1, Road No. 10, Can Giuoc Commune, Tay Ninh Province
  • Working time: Mon - Sat morning
  • Company information: A leading importer and distributor of raw materials for the pharmaceutical, food, functional food, and cosmetics industries

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Warehouse Data Management & Operations
  • Receive, inspect, and accurately input product information into the system according to procedures.
  • Print goods receipt and delivery notes, reconcile them with related documents, and distribute to relevant departments.
  • Monitor and assess inventory status, including stock levels, damaged goods, slow-moving items, and near-expiry products.
  • Support periodic stocktaking, prepare reconciliation reports, analyze discrepancies, and propose corrective actions.
2. Data Analysis & Management Reporting
  • Consolidate and analyze inventory data, stock movement, warehouse productivity, and operating costs.
  • Prepare periodic reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) to support the Warehouse Manager in tracking operational performance.
  • Coordinate with related departments (Accounting, Purchasing, Logistics) to develop warehouse management dashboards.
3. Personnel Support & Coordination
  • Assist the Warehouse Manager in manpower planning, task allocation, and training for warehouse staff.
  • Monitor compliance with operating procedures, internal regulations, and occupational safety standards.
  • Propose improvements to warehouse layout, storage methods, and operational processes to enhance efficiency and modernization.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • College degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or International Business.
  • Minimum 2 years of warehouse operations experience; candidates with statistics or reporting experience are preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel, ERP systems, or warehouse management software
  • Good at English.
