Job Description

We're hiring a Assistant to Vice President for Global Business, supporting international trading operations.

This role offers hands-on exposure to global trading, KPI & performance management, and cross-market coordination, working closely with senior leadership and international teams across 30+ offices worldwide.

Location: Century Tower, 458 Minh Khai, Ha Noi

Job Description

  • Consolidate, monitor and analyze business KPIs, sales performance and operational effectiveness across international markets, products and sales teams.
  • Conduct regular performance assessments and prepare management reports, dashboards and analytical materials to support business operations.
  • Coordinate with sourcing teams, sales teams and overseas offices to collect data, track targets and execution progress.
  • Support initiatives related to operational optimization, system improvements, and standardization of processes and reporting.
  • Coordinate and maintain effective communication with overseas partners and clients, fostering long-term working relationships.

Requirements

  • Education: Graduated from an overseas university; MBA preferred in Economics, Finance, International Trade, or Business Administration; fluent in English.
  • Experience: 23 years of relevant experience, preferably in Trading / Commodity / ImportExport or Business/Sales Analyst, Senior Assistant
  • Stakeholder & Execution: Polished, tactful, resilient and accountable when working with senior internal stakeholders and international partners; able to follow through and ensure data accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Analytical Capability: Strong analytical, data-driven mindset with full ownership of KPI tracking, performance analysis and reporting.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel & PowerPoint; familiarity with dashboards or analytics tools is a plus.
  • Communication: Fluent English, capable of preparing clear management reports and board-level presentations.
  • Professional Fit: Highly organized, discreet and detail-oriented; performs well under pressure in a fast-paced, board-facing environment.
